Welcome Spencer Redmon, our new Associate Executive Director

We are so happy to announce that Spencer Redmon has accepted the position of Associate Executive Director of Mephibosheth Ministries!
Spencer is a 2015 graduate of Noblesville High School. He graduated from Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Counseling in 2019. He is recently married to his wife, Shaylee. They reside in Noblesville.
“Spencer comes to Mephibosheth Ministries with a Christian ministry education, work experience with individuals with disabilities and, most importantly, a heart for special needs and ministry,” said Becky Moore, executive director. “We are all very excited that Spencer has been called to Mephibosheth, and we are looking forward to what God has in store!”
He has worked as a behavior therapist at a center for autism, served in a special needs ministry at a church of 3000 regular attendees and served on a committee that planned an annual prom event for about 300 individuals.
“Spencer’s employment is the key element in our succession plan as Becky prepares for retirement over the next year or so. Spencer’s role will be to work with Becky and other leaders to learn all aspects of Mephibosheth’s ministry and operations and to transition into the role of Executive Director,” says Steve Zell, chairman of the board of directors.
